Our policy lasts 1 Year. If 1 Years have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

You may return any product within 30 days from receipt of your order.
Please contact us for Return Merchandise Authorization and shipping instructions.
– If you discover a fault, please contact us immediately including the picture of the packaging of your order with the faulty item & your order confirmation (within 3 days of receiving your parcel)
– You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
– All returns and exchanges must be in brand new, restocking condition and contain all original packaging and accessories to be accepted.
– Items that have been in contact with any food product cannot be returned.
– Product damaged through customer abuse or improper handling will not be accepted.
– Original Shipping charges and Return Delivery charges will not be refunded.
– Special Orders can’t be returned. Once we have received & inspected the returned merchandise, you will be notified via email regarding your refund. If approved, you can expect a refund within 1-3 business days
– We offers two type of service: Technical support on printer and Warranty for one years selectable during check-out in the shipping method section. If you have selected one of this when you were buy your print, you can contact us and we provide to help you.
Technical support can help you to find a solution for any problem of your printer.
The warranty can help you in case of dysfunction of your printer, it’s valid only for the case in which the printer stops working by itself, it isn’t valid if the damage is caused by people and clumsy handling.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email: email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
